RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PARENT ASSOCIATION (REPA)

All families belong to the Religious Education Parent Association (REPA). Parent Representatives, who are representatives from Peninsula Schools, are the leaders of the association. Parent representatives:

• Sponsor Back-to-School and Year-End Family Bar-B-Qs
• Sponsor Family Fun Nights.
• Sponsor regular luncheons attended by parents.
• Sponsor parent get-togethers.
• Connect parents whose children attend the same school to St. John Fisher parish.
• Advise Religious Education Staff of school, family and community issues.
• Support the Parish Flea Market.

There are no dues; however, families are asked to make a donation to cover expenses of printing, postage and hospitality. Suggested amount: $25.00. Many families made this donation when registering. Thank You!

Family Bar-B-Qs

• Back-to-School Bar-B-Q will take place on Sunday, October 5, 11:45 am-1:00 pm
• Year-End Bar-B-Q is scheduled for Sunday, May 3, 2009, 11:45 am-1:00 pm

Family Fun Nights

Family Fun Nights are a great way for you and your family to have fun at Church, and a wonderful way to meet other people. The cost is only $5 per person, or $20 per family, for pizza, beverages, and games. Family Fun Nights are scheduled for the following Saturday evenings, beginning at 6:00 pm in Barrett Hall: November 15, January 17, and April 18.

Monthly Parent Luncheons

All Religious Education Parents are invited to Parent Luncheons, hostessed by the Parent Representatives. Reservations needed. Please call the RE Office, 310-377-4573, to let us know you are coming!
